BAAHE members can ask the BAAHE secretary to circulate calls , invitations and any other relevant information on our mailing list (marilize.pretorius@uantwerpen.be).
It is also possible to circulate these directly to the mailing list, without going through the secretary: just send your email to baahe@lists.uantwerpen.be.

Technical notice
Listservs go back many decades, and institutions' junk and spam filter settings have had to become much more stringent since those days. This may lead to messages arriving in your junk folder, or even to messages not getting sent. To avoid this, it is advisable to explicitly add the following addresses to a list of safe senders and domains:
baahe-request@lists.uantwerpen.be
lists.uantwerpen.be
An example of where to do this in one software setting (Outlook) is shown in the screenshot below: in 'settings' (the 'gear' icon in the top right corner), go to 'Email', then 'Junk email', then 'Add safe sender', then add each of the addresses.
